The Hofmann summer party on 28th June, 2024

A Hofmann summer party was held in glorious sunshine for all colleagues and their families. Some of our alumni also found their way to us to celebrate with us.

On the morning of 28 June 2024, many hard-working helpers lent a hand, so that by the afternoon our company premises had been transformed into a small festival site.

All festival visitors were able to enjoy a delicious BBQ and freshly grilled food from the smoker. Our ice cream chest and our traditional cake buffet, to which many colleagues contributed, were plundered. It was a hot day! Freshly tapped beer and other cool drinks went like hot cakes.

A wide range of activities and games provided entertainment.

In times of the European Football Championship, our self-built goal wall was a must. There were many a battle at the table tennis table. We were challenged by can throwing and our "ball in the tire" game.

Last but not least, the AOK health insurance company offered us the chance to "catch butterflies", which is perfect for summer. Standing on a balance board, the task was to catch as many moving butterflies as possible on the large monitor with a net. This much can be revealed, many took part, there was something to be won and one colleague mastered the task with flying colours. Congratulations!

This year, our children were able to play with a specially designed running card, the "Hobsi sticker", and get their hands on small prizes and fill self-folded "Magic Bags” with sweets. (Hobsi is our health mascot, by the way).

All kinds of play equipment were also available for the kids. So, they were on tour non-stop - and many parents with them.

There were lots of great moments, cool music anyway and a further highlight was provided by our Head of Mechanical Construction, who performed a fantastic saxophone solo. We need people like him to make a company party a success. Thanks a lot!

How nice that so many people took part in our summer party. We look forward to planning further parties.
