Experience and innovation

Through many years of experience and dynamism, we have established ourselves as a progressive medium-sized company in the mechanical engineering sector. We have been based in Worms, the beautiful city of the Nibelungs, since 1997. As part of the regional network of companies from Worms, we participate in various projects and form cooperations with well-known partners. Also, the exchange within the mechanical engineering industry in Germany is an important part for us. The cooperation with the Verband Deutscher Maschinen- und Anlagenbauer e.V. (German Engineering Federation) is of particular importance to us.

Organization

Our organizational structure is adapted to our efficient processes and value chains. The fields of competence are divided into organisational, technical and administrative areas. However, this does not mean that the exchange of information among each other is restricted. It is important for our work that our employees can always support each other and that the exchange is guaranteed at all times. Simple, constructive and efficient communication is of highest importance in an organisation. For this reason, we review the structure at regular intervals for potential improvements and the promotion of interfaces between the departments in coordination with our quality management. The organisation has proven itself and is optimally experienced by our employees.
