The wheel assembly systems, type RMS from Hofmann are designed for the automatic assembly of the tire on the rim. The assembly can be carried out in both batch operation and mixed mode operation, in the shortest cycle time.
In order to ensure optimum processing of rims and tires, the process parameters are monitored during the entire assembly process, depending on the type. This control ensures the quality during the tire mounting process in our wheel assembly machine as well as high-quality product processing.
The tire fitting machine is typically a part of the automatic wheel assembly line.
