Our tire bead seater
The automatic bead seat optimizers from Hofmann pass lateral and/or radial forces into the tire side wall to optimize the seat of the tire bead on the rim.
The imbalance and tire uniformity measured values can only be determined accurately with a seated tire bead. Depending on the design, protection is provided due to the noise generated by the wheels under load.
The tire bead seater for balancing beads is typically a part of the automatic wheel assembly line.
