Our health management offers our employees various sports courses as well as check-ups and analyses, such as back checks, stress load analyses and metabolic analyses. This serves to promote health at work and is supported by cooperation with selected regional providers. The aim of health management is to strengthen the personal well-being of employees and to minimise to a minimum the burdens that can increase due to external factors such as stress.
Through our sports groups, which are independently organized by committed employees, we have been able to expand our range of services in the past with ski leisure activities, triathlon teams and running groups.

We are always looking forward to our annual summer barbecue, to which all employees with families and children are invited.
On this day, we also cordially invite our pensioners, who are happy to accept the invitation and celebrate with us.
We traditionally end the year with a Christmas party, where we are treated to an excellent menu and look back on the year together. At none of our celebrations should our company-own band be missing, which support the festivities with their music. The Hofmann Band consists of 10 members and is a great highlight for every party.
