If you have any further questions, our Human Resources team will be happy to help you.

We ask you to send us your complete application documents. This means first of all your curriculum vitae, as well as references and certificates. Tell us in a personal covering letter who you are and what sparks your enthusiasm for Hofmann. This will give us a comprehensive picture and a first impression of you.

Please use our application tool, which you can find in the job advertisements, to submit your documents. This is the easiest way for you to send us your application and CV. After successfully submitting your documents, you will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt for your online application. Please understand that we do not accept applications by post or e-mail.

As soon as we receive your application, it will be checked for completeness by our Human Resources team and then forwarded to the relevant specialist department. You will receive initial feedback within seven days at the latest.

 

The recruiting process depends on the advertised position. If you convince us in the first application phase, we will be happy to invite you for a personal interview at our company. Representatives from Human Resources and the specialist department always take part in our interviews. After the interview, we always give both the applicant and the representatives of the specialist department the opportunity to share their impressions of the interview with the Human Resources team. If both the applicant and Human Resources have a positive impression, we will be happy to hold a further interview to answer any final questions or to make an offer.

We can answer this with a clear yes. With our external data protection officer, we can guarantee you the highest data protection standards. If you do not agree with the storage of your data, you are of course welcome to inform us. We treat your data with absolute confidentiality. You can be sure of that.
