Important cornerstone

Training at Hofmann has been an important pillar of the company for generations. As a traditional special machine manufacturer, we feel it is our duty to pass on the knowledge and skills in this great field of work, to our trainees and students. Therefore, you can look forward to a great team with a familiar working environment and exciting tasks.

Targeted support

During your apprenticeship or studies you will be well looked after by our trainers and training officers. In addition, your colleagues and trainees in the higher training years will support you and help you on your way to become successful and reach your goal. It is important to us that you feel comfortable with us from the very beginning, that you have fun during your training and that you enjoy learning in practice.

Onboarding

We start our onboarding program even before the start of training so that you have an optimal start. On the first day of training, we will organize a welcome event for you. Here you will get to know your trainer, your team and the trainees who will training with you. After a tour of the company you will receive further information that is important and useful for your training.

Future ambition

Apprenticeship at Hofmann is always future-oriented. Our training is demand-oriented, which means that we plan to take on trainees on a long-term basis after they have successfully passed their final examination.
