The first set screws have been turned!

In the last few days we could see little green shoots in our plant pot. In line with this, a lot has already happened at Hofmann. The first activities, based on the results of the employee survey, have been started.

The first focus groups have been set up - now we can get started. We are very pleased that so many Hofmann employees would like to take part. With a wealth of ideas, creativity and commitment, we will be able to make some adjustments through the focus groups.

In this way, Hofmann can become even better and prepare for the future.
