Manual correction stations Our manual correction stations are usually an integral part of a [wheel balancing machine](https://www.hofmannmaschinen.com/en/business-segments/wheel-assembly-lines/single-systems/wheel-balancing-machines/). The unbalance values determined in the measuring machine and their correction positions are assigned to the wheel and transferred to the correction station. The unbalance correction positions are turned towards the employee. The weight to be used is displayed on a screen and in the weight box. Various types of weights can be processed, such as adhesive weights, 2-part safety weights or impact weights. Fully automatic correction stations Our fully automatic correction stations can be integrated directly into a [wheel balancing machine](https://www.hofmannmaschinen.com/en/business-segments/wheel-assembly-lines/single-systems/wheel-balancing-machines/) or installed downstream as a single station with its own control system. The weights are set automatically with support by **handling robots**. This application allows the processing of 2-part safety weights as well as adhesive weights with defined and monitored contact pressure. The exact positioning of the balancing weights guarantees the achievement of a low residual unbalance.
