The machine features split high-precision rims and a 5 inch orifice width adjustment. The orifice width adjustment works automatically and is test map-dependent to ensure a high production volume. Dynamic balancing The dynamic balancing machine is designed to determine the imbalance of tires by using a force measuring system. The machine for **tire balancing** with the Hofmann [tire uniformity measuring machine](https://www.hofmannmaschinen.com/en/business-segments/tire-industry/tire-uniformity-measuring-machines/) RGM-E can be linked to a [tire grading machine ATG-Evo](https://www.hofmannmaschinen.com/en/business-segments/tire-industry/tire-grading-machine/). By extending the Hofmann ARS with our Hofmann [sheet-of-light laser geometry measuring system](https://www.hofmannmaschinen.com/en/business-segments/tire-industry/geometry-measuring-systems-sheet-of-light-laser/) GEO-SLS the machine is perfectly designed for testing tires. Static balancing Our static balancing machine, type EVD automatically determines the static unbalance. With a Hofmann [tire uniformity measuring machine](https://www.hofmannmaschinen.com/en/business-segments/tire-industry/tire-uniformity-measuring-machines/) RGM-E the static balancing machine EVD can also be combined to a [tire grading machine ATG-Evo](https://www.hofmannmaschinen.com/en/business-segments/tire-industry/tire-grading-machine/).
